Thou Art Called by the Name of the LORD
Deuteronomy 28
Verse Ten:
And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
And My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. So they shall put My name on the Israelites, and I will bless them.
And who is like Your people Israel–the one nation on earth whom God went out to redeem as a people for Himself, to make a name for Himself, and to perform for them great and awesome wonders by driving out nations and their gods from before Your people, whom You redeemed for Yourself from Egypt?
You brought Your people Israel out of Egypt with signs and wonders, with a strong hand and outstretched arm, and with great terror.
And who is like Your people Israel–the one nation on earth whom God went out to redeem as a people for Himself, to make a name for Yourself through great and awesome wonders by driving out nations from before Your people, whom You redeemed from Egypt?
O LORD, there is none like You, and there is no God besides You, according to everything we have heard with our own ears.
