Deuteronomy 28 Project

Verse three (3):

Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.

This is been the setting for a while. From the time that he put Joseph in charge of his household and all he owned, the LORD blessed the Egyptian’s household on account of him. The LORD’s blessing was on everything he owned, both in his house and in his field.

They will not labor in vain or bear children doomed to disaster; for they will be a people blessed by the LORD–they and their descendants with them. Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.

The Israelites would be blessed everywhere they went, in the city, in the field; this is the truth of their potential. One day it will be a reality!
